Jay Pearce
Jay has a strong background as a sales negotiator for top suppliers to major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Kroger, Jay brings sharp attention to detail and proven negotiating skills to the world of real estate. Since relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 2012 with his wife, Ann, Jay has developed a deep understanding of the local community and housing market. Outside of real estate, Jay is an avid mountain biker and an active outdoor enthusiast. You’ll often find him on the trails with his golden retriever, Ralphie, or volunteering to support the cycling community he’s passionate about
Community Involvement
Jay is deeply invested in the development and maintenance of the trail systems in Northwest Arkansas. He has volunteered with the Mountain Bike Patrol for over a decade, adopted trails for ongoing maintenance, and is a proud member of the FAST (Friends of Arkansas Singletrack) mountain biking club. He and Ann enjoy staying involved in their Bentonville neighborhood and giving back to the community.
